Не варто витрачати час

Книга "Нейрографіка" залишає бажати кращого. Хоча автор обіцяє ключ до досягнення цілей та реалізації бажань через метод нейрографіки, проте виклад матеріалу може здатися заплутаним та не дуже зрозумілим. Вправи, які пропонуються, можуть виявитися надто складними для багатьох читачів, що зводить на нівелю сподівання на швидкі та чіткі результати. Хоча ідея книги цікава, але виконання залишає бажати кращого. Можливо, ця книга підійде лише для відданих шанувальників психологічних практик.
