Переглядаючи сторінки цієї книги, я відчував, ніби сам переносився у часи, коли козаки Кубані боронили свою землю та традиції. Автор, Ф.А. Щербина, здатний майстерно розповісти про історію цього війська, про його героїчні подвиги та важкі випробування. Читаючи про сутички з горцями Кавказу та про витримку козацького духу в умовах небезпеки, я відчував себе частиною цієї великої історії.
