Не вражає

Читаючи цю книгу, я сподівався отримати більше практичних порад та інструментів для керування реальністю. Однак, велика частина тексту складається з загальних філософських роздумів, які, на мою думку, можуть бути дещо віддаленими від практичного застосування. Деякі концепції можуть здатися важкими для реалізації в повсякденному житті. Хоча книга містить цікаві думки та ідеї, мені здалося, що відсутні конкретні приклади та інструкції.
