Albert Camus (1913–1960) is a French writer, playwright, one of the founders of French “atheistic” existentialism, and Nobel Prize laureate in literature. The thinker’s main philosophical works are “The Myth of Sisyphus” (development of the philosophy and aesthetics of the “absurd”), “Rebel Man” (a polemic against nihilism, considered as a prerequisite for the theory and practice of totalitarianism), “Letters to a German Friend” and “Swedish Speeches”. Camus began writing “The Rebel Man” in February 1950. A year later, in March 1951, the main text of the book was completed. Separate chapters - on Nietzsche and Lautreamont - were published in magazines before the book was published. The Rebel Man was published in 1951 by Gallimard.

Неперевершений філософський твір!

"Бунт людина" Альбера Камю — це не просто книга, а справжня філософська подорож у світ абсурду, бунту та людської природи. Камю майстерно розкриває ідеї, які спонукають читача замислитися над сенсом життя, свободою і відповідальністю. Його полеміка з нігілізмом та тоталітаризмом є надзвичайно актуальною навіть у наш час, адже питання, які він піднімає, залишаються важливими для сучасного суспільства. Стиль написання Камю вражає своєю простотою та глибиною, а його аргументи змушують замислитися про власні переконання і цінності. Незважаючи на те, що переклад може містити деякі недоліки, це не зменшує цінності самого тексту. Рекомендую цю книгу всім, хто прагне зрозуміти глибші аспекти людського існування та бажає зануритися в роздуми про бунт і свободу!
