Вражаюче дослідження про правосуддя в суспільствах без держави!

Книга "Правосуддя первісне та сучасне" Боба Блека - це глибоке та провокаційне дослідження, яке спонукає до роздумів про природу справедливості та способи вирішення конфліктів. Автор, використовуючи приклади з первісних суспільств, намагається показати, що без держави можливо підтримувати мир і порядок, спираючись на взаємодопомогу та спільні цінності. Книга ставить під сумнів традиційні уявлення про правосуддя, які нав'язує держава, і пропонує альтернативні моделі, що можуть бути більш ефективними у сучасному світі. Хоча текст іноді страждає від недосконалостей перекладу, загальна ідея та аргументація Блека вражають і залишають після себе багато запитань для роздумів.
