Only a small fraction of the works of the once rich and varied literature of Ancient Egypt has reached us. It arose thousands of years earlier than the Iliad and the Odyssey and many works of artistic creativity of the peoples of India and China. Almost 4,000 years ago, the legend of the “Shipwrecked Man” was written down. Other texts, for example “Pharaoh Khufu and the Sorcerers,” were written down, however, somewhat later, but we are separated by almost 2800 years. Many stories developed in folklore and literature of almost all peoples of the world first received literary form in ancient Egyptian fairy tales. This does not mean that Egypt is generally the birthplace of fairy tales, but more ancient tales than Egyptian ones are not yet known. The book is intended for a wide range of readers.

Неперевершена подорож у світ давнього мистецтва та мудрості!

Книга "Стародавній Єгипет. Сказання. Притчі" є справжнім скарбом для всіх, хто цікавиться історією та культурою Стародавнього Єгипту. Вона відкриває перед читачем захоплюючий світ давніх легенд, які, хоч і були написані тисячі років тому, все ще залишаються актуальними та повчальними. Автор майстерно передає атмосферу епохи, а також мудрість, що міститься в цих текстах. Хоча переклад здійснено за допомогою штучного інтелекту, і в деяких місцях можуть бути незначні неточності, це не зменшує цінності та значущості творів. Я вважаю, що ця книга стане чудовим доповненням до бібліотеки кожного, хто прагне зрозуміти глибину та багатство стародавньої літератури. Вона не тільки розширює кругозір, але й надихає на роздуми про вічні цінності та людську природу. Рекомендую всім, хто цінує літературу та історію!
