Неймовірна подорож в історію географічних відкриттів!

Ця книга є справжнім відкриттям для всіх, хто цікавиться історією та географією. Автор майстерно описує етапи, які пройшло людство, щоб дізнатися про світ навколо себе, починаючи з перших сміливих мореплавців, які ризикували своїм життям, виходячи в невідоме море. Книга розкриває не лише факти, але й емоції, які супроводжували ці відкриття, показуючи, як важливо було для людей дізнатися про нові землі, народи та культури. Я особливо вражений розділом про картографію, де автор пояснює, як створення карт змінило уявлення про світ. Незважаючи на деякі недоліки перекладу, які не заважають загальному сприйняттю, книга залишає глибоке враження і спонукає до роздумів про те, як далеко ми зайшли у своїх пошуках знань.
