Вражаючий детективний роман з глибоким психологічним підтекстом!

"Let It Bleed" - це не просто ще одна детективна історія, а справжній психологічний трилер, який занурює читача в темряву душі головного героя, інспектора Джона Ребуса. Ренкін майстерно показує, як професійні труднощі та особисті проблеми можуть переплітатися, створюючи напружену атмосферу, в якій кожен вибір має свої наслідки. Автомобільна погоня на початку книги задає тон і швидко захоплює увагу, а подальші події розкривають не лише детективний сюжет, а й глибокі емоційні переживання Ребуса. Його стосунки з донькою Семмі додають людяності та тепла до історії, підкреслюючи важливість сімейних зв'язків у часи кризи. Незважаючи на деякі недоліки в перекладі, які незначно впливають на сприйняття тексту, книга залишає сильне враження і змушує задуматися про моральні дилеми, з якими стикаються герої.
