At the top of the Tokyo Midtown Tower, the headquarters of the Acceleration Research Society - a mysterious organization plotting inside the brain burst - sits Archangel Metatron.

In order to discuss the attack on the completely invulnerable Legendary Class Enemy protecting the Society, The Conference of the Seven Kings is convened.

At it, a secret plan is adopted - to teach Silver Crow a new ability: “Perfect Mirror”.
