Вражаюча подорож у світ Медічі!

Ця книга - справжня знахідка для всіх, хто цікавиться історією, кулінарією та культурою епохи Відродження. Автор майстерно поєднує реальні історичні події з кулінарними традиціями родини Медічі, що робить читання не лише захопливим, але й смачним. Я була вражена, як детально описані страви та рецепти, які готували в ті часи, змушують відчути атмосферу стародавньої Флоренції. Хоча переклад тексту в деяких місцях залишає бажати кращого, це не зменшує загального враження від книги. Вона спонукає до роздумів про владу, пристрасть і, звичайно ж, їжу, яка завжди була важливою частиною життя людей. Рекомендую цю книгу всім, хто хоче поринути в історію та насолодитися смачними рецептами, хоча б в уяві!
