The collected works of M. M. Zoshchenko is the most complete collection of prose by one of the greatest innovative writers of the 20th century. It includes almost all of the writer’s well-known works, from early stories, parodies and “Sentimental Tales” to the book “Before Sunrise” and later “positive” feuilletons. The sixth volume includes the stories “The Black Prince” (1936), “Retribution” (1936) , “Belkin’s Sixth Tale” (1937), “Inglorious End” (1937), “Taras Shevchenko” (1939) and the entire corpus of stories for children.

Вражаюча колекція шедеврів Зощенка

Ця книга є справжнім подарунком для всіх шанувальників класичної літератури та творчості М. М. Зощенка. Зібрання творів охоплює широкий спектр його творчості, від ранніх оповідань до пізніх фейлетонів, що дозволяє читачеві зануритися в еволюцію його стилю та думок. «Шоста повість Бєлкіна» та інші твори вражають своєю глибиною, іронією та соціальною критикою, що залишається актуальною й до сьогодні. Хоча текст перекладено за допомогою штучного інтелекту, що іноді призводить до незначних недоліків у якості перекладу, загалом, це не заважає насолоджуватися змістом і стилем автора. Я б рекомендував цю книгу всім, хто хоче не лише насолодитися літературою, але й зрозуміти, як змінювався світ через призму творчості одного з найзначніших письменників XX століття.
