Book Dark Awakening
The short story "Dark Awakening" by F.B. Long is the final canonical story in the Cthulhu Mythos. This is Long's last "myth" story, and the last piece of "myth" created by an author who received permission to use elements of the Lovecraftian universe directly from its creator. Long is not just a co-author of the GFL, he is one of the creators of mythology, to which many generations of writers have turned. And Long's story appeared in the collection New Tales of the Cthulhu Mythos (1980), compiled by Ramsey Campbell. There were stories by S. King and T.E.D. Kline, B. Copper and B. Lumley. But the first generation of myth creators in the anthology was represented by Long. Translation by Alisa Tsitsilina.
The book’s text has been translated from the original language using an artificial intelligence system. In most cases, the translation is accurate and clear, but occasionally there may be incorrect phrasing or individual words left untranslated.
