Цінний посібник для юристів та студентів!

Лекції охоплюють найактуальніші проблеми, з якими стикаються практикуючі юристи, слідчі та судді, і надають чіткі рекомендації щодо кваліфікації злочинів. Це не просто теоретичний посібник, а практичний інструмент, який допоможе уникнути кваліфікаційних помилок. Хоча переклад тексту має деякі недоліки, загальна якість матеріалу та його корисність повністю компенсують ці недоліки.
