This book can be called a kind of continuation of the wonderful autobiography “Of course you’re joking, Mr. Feynman!”, which has gone through a huge number of reprints around the world. The famous American physicist tells what components made up his attitude to work and life, his extraordinary performance and an exploratory spirit. The pages dedicated to the tragic story of his first love are amazingly frank. Already knowing that the bride was doomed, Richard Feynman nevertheless married her despite all the protests of his relatives. Here, too, he remained true to his principle: “Does it matter what others think?” A remarkable place in the book is devoted to the investigation of the causes of the tragic death of the Challenger space shuttle, which at one time shocked the whole world.

Неперевершене поєднання особистої історії та наукової допитливості!

Книга "Чи не однаково, що думають інші?" є справжнім шедевром, який продовжує автобіографію Річарда Фейнмана, і я вважаю, що вона варта уваги кожного читача. Автор майстерно поєднує особисті переживання з глибокими роздумами про життя, кохання та науку. Його відвертість у розповіді про перше кохання та його трагічний кінець викликає глибокі емоції і змушує задуматися про цінність моментів, які ми проводимо з близькими. Особливо вразило дослідження причин катастрофи космічного човника "Челленджер", яке показує, як наука та людські емоції переплітаються в складних ситуаціях. Хоча переклад тексту іноді має незначні недоліки, це не зменшує загального враження від книги. Фейнман змушує нас замислитися про те, що дійсно важливо в житті, і його принцип "Чи не все одно, що думають інші?" надихає на сміливість жити своїм життям. Рекомендую цю книгу всім, хто цінує глибокі думки та щирі переживання!
