Авторка Маргарет Джордж майстерно відтворює життя Клеопатри, надаючи можливість відчути її емоції, переживання та амбіції. Чарівність та владність цариці вражають, а її ораторське мистецтво та освіченість роблять її образ ще більш привабливим. Читачі можуть спостерігати за її боротьбою за владу та любов, а також за її спробами створити потужну імперію, здатну протистояти Риму. Прекрасно описані деталі, яскраві образи та захоплюючий сюжет роблять цю книгу неймовірно цікавою. Хоча в тексті можуть бути деякі недоліки перекладу, це не зменшує загального враження від читання.
