The English writer Daniel Defoe's novel "Moll Flanders" (1722) tells the story of a poor girl who was born in Newgate prison and during the six decades of her varied life (not counting her childhood) was a kept woman for twelve years, married five times (from them once after her brother), twelve years as a thief, eight years as an exile in Virginia, but in the end she became rich, began to live honestly and died in repentance.

Неперевершена історія про боротьбу та виживання!

Роман «Моль Флендерс» від Даніеля Дефо - це справжній шедевр, який переносить читача в епоху, коли життя було сповнене викликів і труднощів. Історія Моль, яка народилася в в'язниці і пройшла через численні випробування, є вражаючим свідченням сили людського духу. Читачі можуть спостерігати, як вона змінюється з часом, від бідної дівчини до успішної жінки, яка знайшла своє місце в світі. Хоча роман написаний давно, його теми залишаються актуальними і сьогодні: боротьба за виживання, пошук ідентичності та моральні дилеми. Щодо перекладу, то, незважаючи на деякі недоліки, загалом текст читабельний і передає дух оригіналу. Я рекомендую цю книгу всім, хто цінує глибокі, емоційні та повчальні історії!
