Історія дівчинки Ксані, яка проходить через різні етапи свого життя, від лісової сторожки до театральних сцен, наповнена емоціями та глибокими роздумами про кохання, дружбу та моральні цінності. Чарська майстерно описує всі переживання героїні, її боротьбу за місце в житті та прагнення до самореалізації. Кожна сторінка книги пронизана романтикою та піднесеними почуттями, що робить її ідеальною для молоді та всіх, хто цінує справжню літературу.
