Надзвичайно корисна книга для всіх, хто хоче покращити свій сон!

Ця книга стала для мене справжнім відкриттям. Автори детально розглядають важливість сну та його вплив на наше здоров'я, підкреслюючи, як часто ми нехтуємо цим природним даром. Я отримав безліч корисних порад щодо гігієни сну, які легко впровадити в повсякденне життя. Релаксаційні методики, описані в книзі, стали для мене справжнім порятунком у боротьбі зі стресом. Особливо сподобалася частина про когнітивно-поведінкову терапію безсоння – це дійсно ефективний підхід! Книга написана зрозумілою мовою, а також містить практичні рекомендації для різних життєвих ситуацій, що робить її універсальною. Незважаючи на незначні недоліки в перекладі, я вважаю, що ця книга має бути в бібліотеці кожної людини, яка прагне покращити якість свого життя через здоровий сон. Рекомендую всім!
