Вражаюча подорож у світ свободи та опору!

Книга "Мистецтво бути непідвладним" є справжнім відкриттям для тих, хто цікавиться соціальними структурами та культурними особливостями народів, які живуть поза межами традиційних державних систем. Джеймс Скотт майстерно описує унікальну цивілізацію Зомії, її жителів, які протягом століть успішно чинили опір державному будівництву та зберігали свою автономію. Автор не лише наводить цікаві факти про соціальну організацію та сільське господарство, але й пропонує глибокий аналіз того, як ці люди змогли уникнути оподаткування та військової повинності. Читання цієї книги - це не просто знайомство з історією, а й можливість замислитися над питаннями свободи, влади та ідентичності.
