After the publication of the first edition of the White Book, which summarized numerous facts of violations of human rights and the rule of law in Ukraine for the period from the end of November 2013 to the end of March 2014, the political crisis in this country developed increasingly .Each section of this study is preceded by excerpts from fundamental international documents in the field of human rights, the universal provisions and norms of which were violated in Ukraine during the indicated period. As before, we see the main task of the second edition of the White Book to focus on these facts the attention of the international community and key international human rights structures, as well as specialized non-governmental organizations, which have not yet shown proper and unbiased attention to this issue.
