The story is divided into two timelines. Now and a year ago. The main events occur in the present, but the key to understanding the cause of the GG problems lies in the events of the past. The main character is a journalist, a student. Over the course of a year, his social circle completely changed. He works part-time by profession, but tries in his statements not to anger the political regime and its censorship. The main actions unfold when he finds out that his recent and good friend was crippled. Moreover, it is undeserved and no one is going to be punished for it. He is not a vigilante and has no super powers. But unfortunately, from time to time he has problems with his own head. Problems are of such a magnitude that he seriously wonders whether he is a good person.

Глибока та емоційна історія

Книга "Критична метаморфоза" вразила мене своєю глибиною та складністю. Поділ на дві часові лінії створює захопливий контраст між минулим і теперішнім, що дозволяє читачеві поступово розкривати причини внутрішніх конфліктів головного героя. Журналіст, який намагається знайти свій шлях у світі, де цензура та політичний тиск стають частиною повсякдення, викликає співчуття та розуміння. Його боротьба з власними демонами та спроби захистити свого друга, який став жертвою несправедливості, роблять цю історію надзвичайно актуальною. Автор вдало передає емоції та переживання персонажів, а також порушує важливі соціальні питання. Незважаючи на деякі недоліки в перекладі, які незначно впливають на сприйняття тексту, я вважаю, що ця книга заслуговує на увагу. Вона змушує задуматися про моральні цінності та наше місце в суспільстві. Рекомендую всім, хто цінує глибокі та змістовні історії!
