Stanislaw Lem is a Polish writer, one of the recognized leaders of world science fiction. The novels “Astronauts”, “Magellanic Cloud”, “Return from the Stars”, “Solaris”, “Invincible”, “Eden”, “Voice of Heaven”, and short story cycles have been published in Russian. Also known as a philosopher and futurologist. In our country at one time, his analytical and futurological work “Sum of Technology”, an essay from the cycles “Ideal Vacuum”, “Imaginary Value”, became widely known.
