“Top Hat” is a bright play full of unpredictable twists by the great Italian comedian Eduardo de Filippo. The story takes place in Naples, in two poor families sharing a common shelter. They are in danger of becoming homeless if they do not pay off their rent debt within a short period of time. The characters in the play are trying to get money in a very unusual way, luring men into a trap looking for romantic adventures.
