Millions of Germans joyfully welcomed the Nazi regime and supported the Fuhrer in his desire to take revenge for past humiliations and win “living space” for the “greater Reich.” On the wave of patriotic aspirations, Nazism flourished in Germany - a regime thanks to which the state became stronger and revived.
