My son’s classmate jumped from the window of the 14th floor of the dormitory after failing a test in computer science. The teachers urgently asked the students’ parents to “talk with their children, conduct psychological work, in order to avoid such excesses.” Such a conversation was held, during which their own life difficulties and examples of overcoming them were mentioned. To some extent, this became for me the work of correcting my mistakes. After that, examples from the lives of other people began to come to mind. These stories, as well as the conclusions drawn from them, formed the basis of this work. The book is dedicated to the problem of stress. Examples are sketched somewhat chaotically and chaotically in which people broke down under the pressure of circumstances and left real, normal human existence. In conclusion, practical recommendations are given on how to make stress fulfill its adaptation function.

Глибока і важлива книга про стрес

Ця книга стала для мене справжнім відкриттям. Автор, спираючись на трагічний випадок, розкриває складні аспекти стресу, з яким стикаються молоді люди в сучасному світі.
