All essays were created on occasion, for presentation at conferences and meetings. With all the variety of topics, all the essays are of an ethical nature, that is, they talk about what is good to do, what is bad to do and what should not be done under any circumstances. “On the Press” - a report at a seminar held in the upper house of our parliament (the Senate ) during the presidency of Carlo Scognamiglio. Senators and editors-in-chief of our major daily publications participated. The presentation was followed by a lively discussion. The text was published, with the support of the same Senate, in the collection “Scientific meetings at the Palazzo Giustiniani. Press and Politics Today" (Rome, Senate Printing House, 1995).
