This publication publishes the correspondence of the Chairman of the Council of Ministers of the USSR to Stalin with US President F. Roosevelt, US President H. Truman, with British Prime Minister W. Churchill and British Prime Minister C. Attlee during the Great Patriotic War and in the first months after the victory - until the end of 1945.
