Вражаюча історична подорож у темряву середньовіччя!

«Трупний синод» - це захоплююча та провокаційна книга, яка відкриває завісу над одним із найтемніших періодів в історії Римо-католицької церкви. Автор майстерно відтворює атмосферу кінця IX - початку X століть, коли моральні цінності були під загрозою, а влада в церкві переходила до рук жінок, які, незважаючи на свою красу, виявилися жорстокими маніпуляторами. Читачі отримують можливість зануритися в світ політичних інтриг, зрад і боротьби за владу, що робить цю книгу не лише історичною, а й надзвичайно актуальною. Хоча переклад тексту іноді має недоліки, загальна якість викладу та глибина сюжету компенсують ці недоліки.
