Book Buddy
"The Friend" is a novel by the famous French writer Jean-Paul Sartre. In this book, the author talks about the complex relationship between four main characters who end up together in the same square in Paris due to a number of unforeseen circumstances. Each of the characters turns out to be completely different from what they seemed at the beginning of the story, and in the process of communication, they reveal their secrets, fears and secret desires.
Themes of friendship, love, loneliness, freedom and responsibility unfold through lively dialogue and deep inner monologue. "Friend" leaves fruitful thoughts about life, justice, morality and the true meaning of human relationships. The reader has the opportunity to delve into the problems of the inner world of each character and look at the world from a new angle thanks to Sartre's refined language and philosophical reflections.
The book’s text has been translated from the original language using an artificial intelligence system. In most cases, the translation is accurate and clear, but occasionally there may be incorrect phrasing or individual words left untranslated.
