Вражаюча та глибока книга про генія кінематографа!

Ця книга стала для мене справжнім відкриттям у світі кіномистецтва. Ларс фон Трієр — це особистість, яка викликає суперечливі емоції, і автору вдалося майстерно передати його складний характер та творчий шлях. Аналіз фільмів та маніфестів Трієра дозволяє глибше зрозуміти його бачення мистецтва, а відверті інтерв'ю з самим режисером та акторами надають унікальну можливість заглянути за лаштунки створення його шедеврів. Сценарій "Догвілля", включений у книгу, є справжнім подарунком для шанувальників, адже він дозволяє оцінити всі нюанси та деталі, які були реалізовані на екрані. Хоча переклад тексту місцями може бути не зовсім ідеальним, це не зменшує загального враження від книги.
