The primary burden of this volume was to finally complete the publication of the works according to the original plan of the Collected Works of I.V. Stalin, planned back in 1946. Цінний внесок у розуміння історії

Книга "Том 18" є важливим етапом у завершенні публікації творів І.В. Сталіна, що дозволяє читачам глибше зануритися в історичний контекст та політичні реалії того часу. Це видання не лише завершує задум, що був розпочатий ще в 1946 році, але й пропонує нові матеріали, які раніше не були доступні. Читачі можуть знайти багато цікавих фактів і уточнень, які допомагають краще зрозуміти політичні маніпуляції та контексти, що оточували Сталіна. Хоча текст перекладено з використанням штучного інтелекту, більшість фраз звучить досить якісно, хоча іноді трапляються незначні недоліки в перекладі.
