Головна героїня, Мірить, вражає своєю силою та рішучістю, адже вона не лише вампір, а й захисник свого дому, що додає глибини її персонажу. Сюжет сповнений несподіваних поворотів, і кожна нова глава розкриває нові таємниці, які змушують читача залишатися в напрузі.
