The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Tatarstan, popularly called the “Black Lake,” is a place where legends about the inflexibility of criminal authorities collapsed and the concepts of thieves’ friendship evaporated. There, on the “Black Lake”, the criminals were overtaken by the inevitability of punishment that seemed ephemeral to them. The author of the work takes the reader to the distant “bloody” 90s of the last century. The plot contains real events of those times when a bandit bullet was the main argument in the decision of all commercial disputes. The characters in the work and many of the events described are fictitious. Possible similarities between the characters and real people are purely coincidental.

"Кара" – це не просто історія про злочинців, це дослідження людської природи, дружби та зради. Рекомендую всім, хто цікавиться історією та соціальними аспектами нашого суспільства!
