Translation into Russian: o. Ambrose Timrot Hieromonk Ambrose, in the world Timrot Dmitry Alexandrovich, was born on June 21, 1956 in Moscow. Graduated from the Department of History and Theory of Art, Faculty of History, Moscow State University. He took monastic vows and was ordained a priest at the Novodevichy Monastery in 1990. He served in Trinity Novogolutvin, and then in Bobrenev Monastery in the city of Kolomna, Moscow region. In 1998 he left the staff. Currently engaged in pastoral activities, catechesis, teaching, iconography and translations.
