The proletariat must take control into its own hands in order to distribute efforts and wealth more equitably and to ensure the comprehensive development of everyone's personality. The problem of the "Dictatorship of the Proletariat" is the implementation of this idea in practice, since history shows that the implementation of the "Dictatorship of the Proletariat" is often accompanied by either the manifestation of absolute power and totalitarianism, or the loss of control over the situation and the escalation of the conflict.
