This is the first evidence of Arendt's lifelong work on the “Jewish question.” They show how deeply her historical and political thinking was determined by the problem of Jewish identity and its transformation - from the Enlightenment to the post-war period.

Книга "Прихована традиція" Ханни Арендт є вражаючим зібранням есе, які відкривають нові горизонти розуміння єврейської долі в двадцятому столітті. Арендт, як завжди, вражає своєю здатністю аналізувати складні соціальні та політичні питання, що стосуються імперіалізму, сіонізму та культурної ідентичності. Її глибокі роздуми про єврейське питання, зокрема, в контексті історії та філософії, надають читачеві можливість замислитися над важливими аспектами, які досі залишаються актуальними. Кожне есе пронизане особистим досвідом Арендт, що робить їх ще більш потужними та емоційними.
