Незамінний посібник для всіх грибників!

Ця кулінарна книга - справжня знахідка для тих, хто любить проводити час на природі, збираючи гриби та ягоди. Автор детально описує всі етапи "тихого полювання" - від збору до приготування смачних страв. Я була вражена різноманіттям рецептів, які включають не тільки традиційні мариновані та солоні гриби, але й оригінальні страви, які можуть стати справжньою окрасою будь-якого столу.
