Its first part - the Life of St. Basil the New - is presented in a more detailed version and reveals the secret of the future century: the posthumous fate of the human soul, the Last Judgment and eternal retribution. The life of Gregentius, Archbishop of Ethiopia, who preached the Gospel in the ancient Sheba land (modern Yemen), makes up the second part of the book.
