“A Novel about Girls” is the name of Vladimir Vysotsky’s unfinished prose. Whether the poet actually wrote a novel or just a story with that title, we will never know. There is only a literary fact - the narrative ends after three dozen pages. It ends, having set only the plot vectors of the main characters - the ex-student of the theater institute, the foreign exchange prostitute Tamara Poluektova, the criminal Nikolai Svyatenko, nicknamed Colleague, and Alexander Kuleshov, under whose name the author introduced himself in “The Novel...”
