Ця колективна праця є справжнім науковим досягненням, яке відкриває нові горизонти в розумінні соціальної структури XVI–XVII століть. Автори детально досліджують різноманітні аспекти дворянського статусу, починаючи від самооцінки та юридичної практики до впливу економічних і політичних чинників на формування меж стану.
