This work briefly outlines the “Concept of Public Security in the Global Historical Process.” It expresses the understanding of the main issues of sociology by the Internal Predictor of the USSR. What a “Predictor” is and why this term was chosen can be found in the Preface in the book. Here is the third expanded and refined edition of 1999 (the first edition - the end of 1994, the second - 1996). This is the only currently published source that sets out a metrologically consistent theory of the similarity of diversified production and consumer systems, on the basis of which it is possible uniform economic and accounting accounting and analysis in the interrelation of the micro- and macroeconomic levels.
