Ada Mikhailovna Timofeeva is a candidate of medical sciences, a well-known Moscow pediatrician with more than 40 years of experience. During her professional career, A.M. Timofeeva moved away from many dogmas of “official” medicine and developed her own methods for the prevention and treatment of childhood diseases, based primarily on a non-medicinal approach. A special feature of this approach is the creative use in pediatrics of many well-known methods of separate feeding and fasting. Advice is also given on a number of pressing issues that are currently being actively discussed by parents and doctors: natural/artificial feeding, preventive vaccinations, taking into account the environmental situation, vegetarian nutrition, etc.
