Since we are already endowed with mind and body, our own natural being is meditation. This is one of the most important truths we can discover for ourselves. In the beginning we only point to it with words, but when we put aside all our fixed patterns, perceptions and behavior, we discover that our being is already there. When bees collect nectar from flowers, they do not damage the flower. So we reserve our concepts, emotions and ideas - and above all our ego and self-image - simply use their energy to become meditation. The thought may arise: “I can concentrate, practice visualization and develop my consciousness, I can stop thoughts and watch them, I can go beyond all my emotions." But when we are in a meditative state, the techniques are no longer so important - just remain in this state of calm. Allow your body, breath and mind to be completely free of tension, without striving somewhere, without expecting something. Whatever kind of activity is going on, just become aware of it and then remain silent. When you are in meditation, don't look for another experience, don't try to be more "conscious". This only captures what meditation is and what it should be.
