The whole world is a theater, and the people in it are actors. One murder was committed with an arrow from a bow, the other with just a fist, one blow to the heart. Another victim was imprisoned for several days in an abandoned basement, in complete darkness, to the accompaniment of terrifying female screams recorded on a tape recorder... Strangely enough, the traces of all these crimes lead to the city library, where the “Speakers” club of English language lovers has recently been operating. And now the “Speakers” are just rehearsing the performance...

Захоплююча та інтригуюча історія!

Книга "Потривожений демон" вражає своєю оригінальністю та майстерно переплетеним сюжетом, який тримає в напрузі до останньої сторінки. Автор вдало використовує шекспірівську фразу про театр, щоб створити атмосферу містичного та загадкового, де кожен персонаж може виявитися не тим, ким здається. Злочини, що відбуваються в маленькому містечку, настільки жахливі, що неможливо відірватися від читання, а кожен новий поворот сюжету викликає ще більше запитань. Клуб любителів англійської мови "Спікери" додає особливого шарму, адже їх театральні репетиції стають фоном для розгортання драми, що вражає своєю глибиною. Рекомендую цю книгу всім, хто любить детективи з елементами психологічного трилера та театральної драми!
