Вражаюча книга, що змінює погляд на батьківство!

Книга "Садівник та тесляр" Елісон Гопник стала для мене справжнім відкриттям у світі психології розвитку. Авторка пропонує новий підхід до виховання дітей, який відходить від традиційних методів "теслярства", коли батьки намагаються контролювати та формувати своїх дітей під свої уявлення про ідеальність. Натомість, Гопник порівнює батьківство з садівництвом, де важливо створити сприятливе середовище для розвитку особистості дитини, а не намагатися "виготовити" її. Ця концепція надихає і спонукає до роздумів про те, як важливо підтримувати індивідуальність дитини, дозволяючи їй рости та розвиватися у своєму власному темпі. Хоча переклад тексту в цілому якісний, деколи зустрічаються не зовсім вдалі фрази, але це не заважає насолоджуватися змістом книги.
