Неперевершений практичний посібник для акторів!

Ця книга стала справжнім відкриттям для мене як для актора-початківця. Бриджид Пэнет зуміла зібрати в одному місці безліч корисних технік та вправ, які допомагають зрозуміти основи акторської майстерності. Я особливо ціную інтеграцію Методу фізичних дій Станіславського з термінологією Лабана, що дозволяє розширити горизонти виразності на сцені. Книга не лише навчає, як грамотно вибудовувати репетиції, але й надає цінні поради для тих, хто мріє про вступ до театральної школи. Хоча переклад тексту місцями може бути недосконалим, це не заважає загальному сприйняттю та розумінню матеріалу. Рекомендую цю книгу всім, хто прагне вдосконалити свої акторські навички та зануритися у світ театру!
