Незамінний довідник для всіх, хто цікавиться лікарськими рослинами!

Ця книга - справжня енциклопедія, яка відкриває двері у світ трав і їх лікувальних властивостей. Тетяна Олександрівна Ильіна вміло поєднала наукові знання з доступною інформацією, що робить її книгу корисною не лише для фахівців, а й для звичайних читачів. Я була вражена якістю ілюстрацій та детальними описами понад 230 лікарських трав, що дозволяє легко ідентифікувати їх. Особливо корисними виявилися алфавітні покажчики, які значно спрощують пошук потрібної інформації. Хоча в тексті іноді трапляються неточності через автоматичний переклад, це не зменшує цінності книги. Я рекомендую цю енциклопедію всім, хто хоче дізнатися більше про рослинний світ і використовувати його дари для покращення здоров'я!
