Ця частина серії «Агентурна розвідка» вражає своєю глибиною та деталізацією. Автор майстерно розкриває тему грошей у нелегальній військовій розвідці, показуючи, як фінансові ресурси впливають на стратегії та методи роботи агентів. Читач отримує можливість порівняти старі радянські підходи з новими формами, які з'явилися у нульових роках.
