Надзвичайно корисна та надихаюча книга!

Луїза Хей, разом з лікарем Моною Лізою Шульц, пропонує читачам не лише перевірені на практиці методи, але й наукові підтвердження їхньої ефективності. Я була вражена, як лаконічно та зрозуміло автори викладають складні концепції, роблячи їх доступними для кожного. Особливо корисною виявилась анкета для самодіагностики, яка допомогла мені усвідомити деякі свої проблеми та знайти шляхи їх вирішення. Завершальна глава з таблицями відповідностей захворювань і їх психологічних причин стала справжнім відкриттям.
