Надзвичайно корисна книга для всіх, хто переживає тривогу!

Ця книга архімандрита Андрія (Конаноса) стала для мене справжнім відкриттям. Вона пропонує прості, але глибокі істини про віру та довіру до Бога, які допомагають зменшити тривогу в нашому повсякденному житті. Автор щиро ділиться своїми думками і досвідом, закликаючи читачів звернутися до Бога в моменти невпевненості та страху. Бесідний стиль викладу робить текст легким для сприйняття, а поради, які він надає, дійсно надихають. Я відчув, що з кожною сторінкою моя тривога зменшується, а віра в Бога зростає.
